How do I place a return or exchange?

We're sorry you didn't love your Zenzimat. Please reach out to info@zenzimat.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.

You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note that you are responsible for the return cost to our warehouse and your original shipping charges are not refunded. 

Is my order eligible for return?

In order to return your items, your merchandise must meet the following criteria:

1. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

2. Items must be returned in original conditions and packaging. 

3. Items accepted should not be used, washed or altered.

4. Order # must be provided to place a return.

5. Zenzimat reserves the rights to reject any refunds if the return item doesn't meet above conditions.

6. Zenzimat will process the compensation only when the return meets all of the above conditions.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refund process will take approximately 10 - 15 working days from the date you returned your items.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@zenzimat.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Zenzimat you ordered!
